Internet safety is a very important topic. There are many dangerous people and places in cyberspace that everyone should be aware of. I never want to give out personal information to anyone that is not trusted or known personally by me our a relative. If you do share your information people can find you. I should always ask my parents for permission when creating an online account to be safe online.

Digital footprint is all the stuff that you do or post online, anything that you put out into the world or anything you visit can always be tracked and recorded even if you delete it is not gone and can still be tracked. Your digital footprint is important because future employers, college admissions officers, family, etc. Can look at what your digital footprint is and how good or bad it is. If you want to maintain a good digital footprint then you must make sure that you think before you post and to think about what sites that you are visiting.
